ZX-10R has the hate for M6's. But an A10 and those green rocketships, I can understand
![]() It's been 100 degrees here and my stock M6 doesn't miss a beat at 200 degrees. |

What are your charge temps? Of course most manufacturers were forced to switch to water cooled intercoolers, which certainly helps, but would be interesting to see charge temps after repeated full throttle at 25 psi.
As far as which motors are under more stress, that's not up for argument, but most BMW owners dump their cars before the warranty runs out because they know the financial ruin often awaiting them otherwise. I want to see compression tests at 75-100k on these newer M cars (not babied) running 25+ psi. Intakes covered in blowby are the norm. There is no free lunch. There is a price to pay running sky high boost on small displacement engines. |

Are hot temps bad for boost? Texas is basically 90+ every day during the summer. Will my car run slower? A10 btw.

Down here in S. Florida, the heat and humidity are a bitch for heat soak. I can’t wait for winter when we get a lot of low humidity days in the 60’s. It’s like the car has 50 more hp.
