Got a quote for XPel on the front bumper and rear rockers

Local highly rated shop quoted me $840 today. I have no idea what kind of price that is.

I did the red area on mine (plus the rear baggage area at the trunk opening), it included a clay bar and polish the whole car for about $1,600 in SoCal...

Does that include at least part of the hood and wrapping over onto the front fenders as well? I got a quote for the "front end" (bumper, about 18" onto the hood, and corresponding area wrapped on the fenders) for $1800 with the area in front of rear wheels being done at extra cost.

I basically just hung up on the guy when he told me that. I have gotten a quote for similar work from a Llumar dealer for $925 to do everything listed above including in front of the rear wheels.

That is what I had done on mine, with also doing the pillars. Was done with 3M premium, cost $2K.

Just the front bumper and rear rockers. Tough call as I am having to remod since I traded my 2017.

That's a very good price IMO. We charge $595 for the front bumper and $500 for rockers on most cars.

Maybe I'll drive to NJ, then. $1800 here for the front end (more than just the bumper).

We charge $1800 for a full front end for most vehicles, maybe an extra couple hundred for difficult bumpers...and that's using Xpel Ultimate Plus film.

You're also up in CT which is a bit more expensive than South Jersey...it doesn't sound too far off.

What they were giving you is called our highway package...it's $1100 down here.

Might be. I don't remember him having a specific term. I just know that Llumar was half the cost.
