rev-limiter

I have a 2017 Camaro ZL1 m6. With the car in 1st gear, the clutch depressed and the emergency brake off, the rev-control comes on at 4000 rpm no matter how much accelerator pedal I apply, I have looked everywhere in the HP editor and can not find a table that relates to this, does anyone have any ideas?

Iirc thats the launch controls and it varied thru the cars and is hidden in the body ecu which isnt accessed with hptuners.
