This is what we try to convey to potential customers. We are lucky to have what is arguably the largest aftermarket support for our cars, so many mods to choose from, greatly effective and at a good value...

...but...

...before spending the "big bucks" give our Mods a chance, it changes the equation. We cannot think of another Mod that changes the car so much for so little, 1/2 hour DIY, and warranty safe.

Just installed the TC and set it too Sport 6 after installing the TB, the difference between the OEM setup and this borders on frightening.
It is a completely different car now, this is what it should have been out of the box.
Brilliant job folks!

Hey mike i watched a video of project zl1 testing the new shaft-less design and he kept having problems with CEL throttle position code coming up. It may have been from him switching back and forth between your V1 and new V2 TB without the relearn being completed. Has this been fixed? Have you had any reports of CEL with the new shaft-less design recently?

Hey Mike, can you share the relearn procedure for a manual trans ZL1?

Also, is this the correct product for my 2020 ZL1 convertible M6?

Hi. Just answered your PM, but this is a really good question. I'll post the answer here too.

Project ZL1 was the first person to try that TB design other than myself. We have been selling that configuration since about the date that video was published. To answer your question, we found nothing to fix and kept testing it and never saw an issue, to the contrary, we further validated its effectiveness.

Reports of CEL's do exist, no one in the modification business is immune to them. To put it in perspective, less than 5% of our customers get a CEL. Some do not follow instructions, some are so heavily modified that the root cause if the CEL is lost in the complexity, sometimes we do make mistakes. What you need to know is that it is not b/c of the design (shaftless high-pressure side) and that in the end, you'll either have a TB you love or 100% of your money back. That's 100% certain.

Yes, that is the correct P/N. Please consider also this other p/n to go with it, they were great together. https://www.solerengineering.com/store/se0820-tc

Instructions attached for both parts.
