PF64 filter
Guys,
I just bought a PF64 filter for my 2019 ZLE.....Im shocked at the very small size of this filter.. my dealer also checked the actual part number. Anyone else notice this ?? Thanks, Bill |

I went to a bunch of local Walmarts and bought up all the old ones I could find. #12640445 is the old PF64

You can use a Mobil 1 #113 filter or Napa Gold or Wix if you don’t want to use a GM filter. I have used both the Mobil 1 and Napa Gold on my 2016 and now my 2017 ZL1 with no issues.

Use Wix 57502XP has synthetic media and 22psi and bigger then PF64

Royal Purple and Fram Ultra (XG12060) are full synthetic media (best)
K&N and Mobil1 are semi-synthetic (good) Most others are cellulose Is Wix made in China? |

I thought my filter looked smaller on the last oil change. I actually checked the part number 3 times. Well at least I know now. Thanks for the info.

There is a specific bypass pressure as well, can't remember what it is exactly.
