A8 ss catback question

I purchased the MRT catback and it does not have any valves or holders for the afm actuators and for the npp too. Would I have to zip tie the actuators and npp up so that they will be stable? Also I have purchased MRTs power plates that help prevent the cel to go on. If you don’t know what the power plates are, here is the description -
MRT has designed and manufactured a simple solution for customers who want to upgrade their exhaust on a vehicle that has factory-installed AFM / NPP devices. Now this simple to install solution allows customers to install a performance exhaust without having to tune their car to defeat the AFM / NPP. The MRT AFM/NPP Power Plate™ is made from durable 304 stainless steel, designed and manufactured in the USA by MRT. How it works: it is a plate that mounts to the Active Fuel Management electric motor that allows the Motor to cycle as the car's computer expects it to, allowing the customer to enjoy a full-time performance exhaust without having to tune their car.
Also I don’t have plates for the npp actuators but I have the fuse pulled, will I get a cel code or will it be fine?
