Priority level 4 dealer?

Hi so what does that mean? Priority 4. It’s on my service invoice. They have had the car 8 days now and I haven’t had any calls back yet. Dropped off for CAI with tune, blade spoiler, and Sema grill package. Just curious how long this all would take roughly? Just curious. Not in a huge rush or anything. Thanks.

I don't know about GM, but at my work, when we have a request for change that is priority 4... It means that it most likely will never get done unless we run out of work haha.

Hope it is not your case.

Those are simple stuff. You should just do it yourself, then you can bring it in for the tune.

Hmm interesting. They def didn’t act like that or say anything about the timeframe when I was there. If it’s something that gets back burnered or delayed I would assume they would say that. Or if they have so much work then why schedule for the day I dropped instead of just waiting till the Availability moves up. No biggie thanks for the info.

Well they called today and should be done tomorrow so def not as bad as what was said so thankful for that. And with the low amount that it cost for everything to be dealer installed with warranties (labor and parts) i’m cool with them doing the work. In response to it’s easy and I should be doing it myself... I normally always work on my own stuff but I moved and don’t have the garage space I once had. So in short just answer the question if you know the answer. Not looking for motivational speeches of being more manly and working on my own stuff. Thanks.
