That’s what I use in mine when I change it. Never had any noise or excess debri in the oil

I went with the AC Delco in SS 1LE. Works great.
On a side note, here’s the magnetic drain plug after 5000 miles on the original fluid. Catches quite a bit of debris. |

i prefer Amsoil sever gear 75w90. but the gm stuff works too.
