Has anyone added a fuel filter in-line when running e85 ?

Yes. We custom made an auxiliary low side fuel system and incorporated an inline filter.

there is a sock in the tank and the tanks made of plastic. fuel pumps have filters on them so unless you stick the nosil in the dirt there is nothing to filter. unless you mean a water seperator.
