ZL1 AddOns 3” Jack Mag Pads

Hi Guys,

I just received my 4 Mag Pads. They’re well made but I do have a concern.
The puck (Plastic not rubber) that slides onto the Mag Pad just falls off at the slightest angle when holding it in your hand. I hope under the weight of a vehicle it wouldn’t enable sliding but it caught me by surprise as I expected the puck to be a tight fit when attaching to the Mag Pad. Anyone have any experience with these?

Thanks,
Chris

once weight is applied, it won't move. No worries with that puck setup.

~Jb,

I wanted to use them at the dealership to reduce the chances of damage during the lifting process which demands attention.

My second reason is to use them with my QuickJack when I eventually decide which model to buy. The pictures of cars on QuickJacks that I’ve seen here suggest that there’s not much room between the frame and the rail, I was hoping to increase that as well as provide maybe a couple of more inches of height.

Cheers,
Chris

you could have opted for the lift pads that remain in place. ZL1 add ons sells those also.
They work great.
