I loved having no brake dust after swapping in Z26 pads and some slotted and drilled rotors on my old 2SS.

What I hated was losing any real braking power. Doing spirited runs in the mountains left me with totally cooked brakes that were NOT happy about stopping me from 130mph. Z26s will not hold up to much hard braking in my experience. Normal street driving they are just fine. A little jump to over 100, not too bad. Repeatedly using the brakes to their full potential will have you cursing at the pads.

That's why everyone says they are daily driving street pads only, not for track type use... I don't track my 2SS so they work great for me and I love the total lack of dust...

You have the fronts, Z26-1405. Rears are Z26-1718. Amazon tells you this information, as well as the link below.

I've seen both Z26-1474A and Z26-1405 listed for the front. Which is correct? Both show as fitting on Amazon. The only difference I see is that the 1405 is for the red painted calipers and the 1474A is for non-red calipers.

These are the rears: Power Stop Z26-1718

These are the fronts: Power Stop Z26-1474A

Caliper color is irrelevant as long as you have the 4 piston Brembos on front and back...

The 1405's are if you have the 6 piston caliper in the front...
