Exhaust mode make a difference?

This damn car is a magnet for people wanting to take a run. I usually drive in stealth mode. Is there a difference in acceleration if you drive in stealth mode vs sport or track mode when romping it?

My girl is so attractive, I can’t take her anywhere. Way to many looks. So I bought her some baggy tracksuits for when we go out, but now she’s always sweaty. Any ideas?

Constructive version: car should open valves if you really step on it, so I doubt there’s any real limitation. A while back there was a ZO6 that hardwired his shut to meet HPDE track noise limits and melted a giant hole in his rear bumper.

I haven’t noticed any differences in power levels switching to the different modes except for exhaust sound and steering/handling in my 2017 ZL1. The same goes for the 2SS I used to have. I did have the fuse pulled though in the SS all the time so the exhaust valves were open all the time and had the exhaust set to Track mode. I tried that simple mod in my ZL1 but seemed to make no real difference in sound so I put fuse back in and set exhaust mode to auto.

In Stealth mode, I don't think the NPP valves will open under 100% pedal operation like it would in Tour, Sport, and Track modes. The owners manual specifically states not to run in the Stealth mode exhaust setting during track operation. With that said, I think there would be a power difference to some extent at high exhaust flow operation (ie. high engine speed & high load).

Yeah, I saw not to run in stealth mode for tracking.

If you're only changing the exhaust modes and the driving modes remain the same; there is no difference in acceleration. I would only be careful with the stealth mode feature since I believe it tries to keep it closed at all times even during hard acceleration conditions. It will also wear out the valves quicker and make it vibrate sooner than later.
