That 24% gain in hp seems fairly decent. I will mention that your peak hp rpm seems low for an MSD, as they usually keep pulling higher than that from other charts that I've seen.
Its 87mm. Maybe the other msds were ported who knows. You know all dynos and tuners are different. So who knows. Mines on a mustang dyno which supposed to read low. Guess time slips are the only real way to find out.

Was not talking about the numbers, they don't matter, only the change does. You used the dyno correctly by having the baseline and modded on the same dyno. BTW your sheet says Dynojet, not a Mustang.

What I was actually talking about is that it peaks in hp 100rpm sooner than the stock manifold. Would have expected it to pull a little more rpm, not less.

On a N/A build with "pump gas" level compression, you won't get any more power with E85 than you will with E50 or E60.

So my hp difference would have been the same on full E85?

Pretty close. E60 nets 95% of the available timing. E80 might net another degree.

Thanks for sharing the results, and enjoy! Anticipation is eating away at me, waiting for my stuff to arrive from Pray....

What type of heat shield did you put under the manifold? i'm assuming something in addition to or replacing the original.
Not sure there is any testing that says this makes an appreciable difference, but i am going to try it as well. Temps in South Texas are easily 100F+ for 60+ days every year, i'll try a lot of things to lower iats.

Oh there is absolutely testing on the IM heat shield and dyno tested. Go to summit racing for the LT1 IM heatshield.!!
