I understand delays but properly communicating that to a customer and setting proper expectations goes a long way.

I was contacted by Juiced via PM on Wednesday and told my header's and wire's would be shipped out on Thursday or Friday. I figured I would give them an additional day and yet here it is, 11pm on Saturday and no shipping confirmation. If you're keeping score, this is the second time I've been told they will ship out and the second time that no confirmation has been given.

I'm getting very close to disputing the charge on my credit card and ordering from someone else. I really had high hopes to do business with them again due to their aggressive pricing but it's looking more and more like this will be my one and only transaction with them. I'll update this thread when I hear from them again.

For the record, my order was placed on March 31st. I also have spoken to others who have ordered the same parts that I did (AFTER my order was placed!) From other vendors and had them delivered in less than a week.

Am I being unreasonable here?

Not after 2 times. Nope not unreasonable at all. I give companies 1 for Covid. That’s it. Not 2.

I will say that shipping from many companies is quite delayed right now. Have you tried things from Amazon? I got a 1 month delivery!!

A couple of things to consider.

Amazon has clearly stated that they're prioritizing essential items before all else and has clearly stated such. They have updated shipping windows to show this. All essential items are still arriving on time, typically within 48hrs.

Other people have purchased directly through Speed Engineering and gotten shipments and deliveries in less than a week (again, since I made my attempted purchase on 03/31/2020) but I'm being told that they're holding things up.

I called in exactly one week after placing my order (04/07/2020) and was told that my header's and wire's would ship out later that week.

After my post here. I was contacted via PM on Wednesday and told that my order would ship either Thursday or Friday. Again, I gave them an additional day just in case before making another post here and I still have no proof that anything has made any movement.

I will update this when I hear back from them but if they're drop shipping directly through Speed Engineering as the last PM implied, why haven't I gotten my MSD wires?

Accurate communication goes a long way. I'm okay waiting if someone tells me there will be a wait up front, but when you're continually getting miss information it makes it difficult to continue to have any trust in a company. Hell, I ordered over $5,000 in suspension for my dually that was fabricated to order and took over 3 months to get but the guy gave me updates along the way when he encountered delays and even through in a free upgraded set of shocks for the delay (I never once asked for anything free and I'm not looking for that here either).

I'll give them until Tuesday morning (my next day off) and then I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I'm trying to be reasonable but I also want everyone to have all of the facts.

I'm really hoping to have a shipping notification tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath.

I havent done business with Juiced Motorsports as of yet. There pricing always seems to be decent and I believe I emailed them a question awhile ago and got a quick response. However, I do understand that you have waited awhile here and it sucks that they charged your cc and you have no product. I own two small businesses and do quite a bit of shipping across the lower 48 and right now it can be hit and miss with shipping times. Theres been instances where I boxed items to ship with a carrier and it took them up to three days to pick it up. I try not to charge my customers credit cards til I have tracking info for them. So, it has sucked for me doing that since I sometimes have to wait a day or two for payment. However, it usually keeps me in the clear when I get into a long wait time. The long and short of it is this. I can see where maybe Juiced Motorsports is having issues right now. I agree that you should dispute the charge and go elsewhere if you know longer want to wait. Its a tough time....

Just got a message from Juiced on here. They said the parts shipped out Thursday or Friday for sure and that they'll have a shipping confirmation for me tomorrow. **Fingers Crossed**

Not only local deliveries but out of state are all behind. It has become the norm during these time. We have had to educate all of our customers that shipping delays are very possible and we will do all possible to expedite repairs based on availability of the parts required. Our local paint supplier normally would give us 2-3 runs per day if needed but they have now went to limited staff and 4 day work week so 1 delivery per day is all we can get.

Again, I understand a delay once items have shipped but tomorrow will be three weeks and I still don't currently have a tracking number which means that they haven't even attempted to ship the parts.

I'll update as soon as I get more information.

I had no problems ordering from them, plus the cheapest (least expensive) place to order from! I will hopefully be ordering some headers from them eventually. Good luck with your order!

I too have had no issues with my orders from Juiced. Sucks you didn't get communication you were told though.
