GM premium floor mats

How do the GM premium floor mats hold up compared to the OEM ones that came with the vehicle? I wore a hole through the drivers side mat within 3 months of owning the vehicle.

The premium mats hold up really well. I had a set in my 2016 that I had ~15,000 miles on with no significant wear.

I put the cheap OEM ones in my 2018, that originally came with the 2016, because I didn’t want to use the Hot Wheels ones during the rainy season (premium with orange boarder). I had a heel hole wore through it in less time than you.

I will put the premium Hot Wheels mats in for the summer next weekend and will get a second set to keep

I bought a set of the premium mats for my 2010 2SS that had the Camaro logo and a set for my 2016 2SS! When I traded the 2016 SS I kept them to put in the ZL1! The mats are good quality and come in a 4 mat set and are worth the money in my opinion and look good in the car!

I got some of the rubber ones (lloyds brand) with the camaro eblem on amazon for 100. They are heavy duty, easy to clean and durable. very happy with this purchase.

I got the OEM all-weather ones that say "Camaro", they look pretty nice IMO.

I have Weather Techs on order. I thought about the rubber genuine GM Camaro mats but I kept looking at them on the web page and after a while I didn't really like the design. I'd prefer a simpler mat with no stripes and maybe just the Camaro logo much smaller and to the side or something.

You're right the standard mats that come with the car are junk. Just like everything else - they're cheapening out whenever and wherever they can and you have to pay for good quality stuff. There was a time when the standard mats had the GM square logo molded in and they lasted 10 years and 150,000 miles. Hell, the mats that came with my Dad's 1985 Regal Limited when he bought it new were dirty and worn but still solid when I got rid of the car in 1997. He'd given the car to me in 1995 and when I got rid of it it was rusting and leaking but the floor mats were still good!

Same exact with me. Had the hole in the carpet mat, just purchased the all weather rubber ones for around $110. Great so far!

I bought the factory GM rubber ones as well. On a daily driver I've never had good luck over time with the carpet type ones. Of course some hold up better than others, but they always eventually show wear spots. Whereas the rubber ones don't

I got the husky liners because mine is a daily driver, they fit great and hold a lot of dirt in. Got a custom badge on them too.

+1 for the Husky mats.

Good for catching and holding lots of beach sand
