The techs do a burnout with your car to clean the tires up... my brother was a GM tech, he used to laugh about it all the time.

I've had my car stored for winter in my parking with the Camaro car cover twice since I got it. Never used anything under the tire and never got a flat spot.

Just make sure that your tires are inflated properly and you're done.

Your tires are not summer-only like SS/ZL1 tires are, so you have better odds of avoiding it than us. The softer the tire compound (and the stiffer the sidewall), the more likely you are to flat spot it. So high performance and high speed rated tires are much more likely to get it than all seasons or mileage oriented tires..

Installed LED reverse lights.
Specifically these-
https://www.amazon.com/LUYED-Lumens-...%2C201&sr=8-41
Along with load resistor harnesses-
https://www.amazon.com/HUIQIAODS-744...6111165&sr=8-1

They are extremely bright and pure white (unlike the dim yellowish originals).
The resistors mount where shown in the photo using #4 sheet metal screws with plenty of clearance.
I used a little heat sink grease between the resistors and the body for good measure.
I encountered a small problem with the harness connectors.
I had to trim the keying tabs on the sockets that plug into the tail light housings to get them to fit into the openings.
After a little work with a razor knife they insert and lock into place properly now.

Diyguy- Show us some before and after pics. I’d love to see them.

Sure, I will take one or two a bit later today if the weather cooperates.
I don't have a "before" photo exactly but maybe I'll put one of the old bulbs back in temporarily so you can see the difference between them.

Those are the wheels I’d love to have! But, I can’t find them in a size that will accommodate my stock SS tires. So, either I get different rims, or I wait until I need new tires. That will take a LONG time because I only have 1,000 miles on my stock tires and I’ve had the car over a year now! But, love the look of those wheels! Good choice!

Come on man, you gotta drive that car more You'll love wider wheels and tires, they allow even more aggressive cornering and of course look much better, too.

It is a bit too wet and cold to be putting in an original bulb again, sorry.
But here are photos of the new reverse lights in action.

They are intensely bright and pure white.
I cannot comfortably look into them and as you can see they completely max out the camera's contrast range.
And this is in broad daylight (no flash was used).

The brake lights are on.
Even as bright as they are you can see that the new reverse lights are much brighter.
