thanks for the help you guys, I've also recently gained interest in 5th gen z28 camaros. I've think I've narrowed it down to either a 17-18 zl1, 16-18 SS or a 14-15 Z/28. I've heard somebody say that the Z/28 doesn't pull that hard, is that true? what do you guys think about the Z/28?

Given your parameters now, definitely the 17-18 or even 19 ZL1! There are members in this forum (LT4Greg for one), that have found great deals with ZL1’s that have next to no mileage... so essentially a brand new car, and the first owner ate the depreciation. Seems smart to me and this is evidence the deals can be found if you’re patient. I would think there will even be a few more for available now, it seems like 1/2 of my Province has been laid off due to covid-19. Gotta be some cars that will be forced to go...

Go for a used low-mile ZL1. You'll regret anything else (well other than a new ZL1 if funds permit)

if you go with the 2016-2018 used camaro make sure there is no transmission shudder
