This is about the type of response I'd expect from you. Why don't you go and watch and read reports from a couple months ago from people who were there. Bottom line, when our government tells you not to worry, that's when you better worry.

That has been replaced with individual rights, the right to take other peoples money and take away their constitutional rights if you don't want them to have it, like right to bear arms or free speech.

I went by my local Walmart today to pick up a prescription for an elderly person I know. While I'm waiting, I hear someone a couple isles over to my right coughing at least 3 times every minute. 2 isles over to my left someone is sneezing twice every minute.

Do they have coronavirus? I don't know, but they are evidently sick, and have no business being in an area where lots of people are.

Thank God I have N95 masks.

So that being the case, if your going anywhere where lots of people are, be sure you have a N95 mask, and hand sanitizer. Stay 6 feet away from others.

Am I panicking? No, absolutely not. I'm protecting myself against idiots with no common sense. Unfortunately, this virus has shown how many of these people exist in society.

I hope you are a first responder or in the healthcare field. Those are the people that need the masks desperately. They're not intended for a beer run to Walmart

I'm not assuming anything, I'm stating 5 simple things that people can do themselves to help minimize the spread of this virus, but as proven by your response, and the people I see out in public, they wont do it.

No one is taking away my money, my rights, or my gun. NONE of these things help stop the spread of Covid-19. I will continue to do whatever I can to stop the spread of this, and to keep from contacting it myself, despite all the idiots who refuse to.

I have read up on it and researched. I posted a video which goes through the 30 day lockdown on 9 million people in Wuhan where this originally started.

Other countries are now following suit. Italy, Spain.

But go ahead and go out in public if your sick, don't keep your hands sanitized, go around elderly and vulnerable people as much as you can.

Then when you get sick, and some of the people you passed it to die from Covid-19, BLAME IT ON THE GOVT.

Yesterday the wife and I were doing our routine grocery shopping at the Military Commissary aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC. Understandably they were out of all hand sanitizers. However, I was taken back when we approached the meat department only to find 50% of the coolers BARE! Shortage of fresh produce. Hanging from all the TYSON chicken coolers (about 30' of coolers) signs saying "NO CHICKEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE"? OMG are the chickens effected? Are people now hoarding chicken, pork and other meat products? Speaking to the Commissary manager I learnt I was wrong. I was told "VENDORS" like TYSON have taken it upon them selves to "REDUCE" the Commissary's order so they are able to distribute their product where most needed? I don't believe their product is being placed where it's most needed, Tyson is placing product where sales are booming, so we cut the Military Commissary order while they increase the orders where it's selling faster? This is by far NOT the first time Military families have had to sacrifice!

Realizing how poor our current leadership is in the White House, I agree with you. Both parties are a disaster, and knuckleheads like the Green Party or Libertarians are no help, either.

Coronavirus cases in USA have more than doubled since Saturday, btw. Trump considering a NATIONAL curfew....quite the hoax...and Trump must be in on it.

FYI, I bought 20 of these 4 years ago, to use for applying ceramic coatings to cars. I was not on a beer run, I was keeping an elderly person away from a crowd, and I was protecting myself from the idiots that are sick, that refuse to stay home.

I was helping someone who is more vulnerable than myself.

I work for a large poultry producer (yes, actually in the slaughter plant), and from what I know, yes, people are stockpiling fresh meat products as well. There were pictures circulating around our company of grocery stores with all of our product sold out. I can't speak for Tyson, but we are prioritizing what cuts of meat we can produce the fastest to try and get at least some product to most stores. Unfortunately, we can't fill all the orders because people are buying so much, so every store won't get everything they order. Not saying what Tyson did was right, but as someone who works in the industry, I can confirm people are stockpiling meat and we can't produce enough.

It's also hard because we can't really ramp up production, there are only so many birds that are ready to kill, even if we wanted to kill more, we would've had to start the process of growing them months ago.
