Another bluetooth issue
So it could very possibly be software related, but I'm going to ask anyway lol. I get into my 2020 Camaro 1SS, start it up and my bluetooth will not connect. When I go to the Phone screen on the car my phone doesn't even show up. It says no phone connected. I have to pair it all over again. Now I know sometimes it has to do with plugging in the USB I think. It will only use one or the other (correct me if I'm wrong), but I won't even plug in the USB and it does this. I have a Note 10+ with latest software. What gives? And other times it connects with no issues.

I have never owned a GM vehicle that didn't have bluetooth connectivity issues. Not sure if its the vehicles or the phones or bluetooth in general.
That's why I plug my phone in for carplay 100% of the time. It's not perfect (still some connectivity issues on occasion), but problems are fairly rare.

But the bluetooth on my 2015 Trax with MyLink decides on a daily basis whether or not to link up with my phone automatically, and the voice command pass-through stopped working last year for no apparent reason. |

The Camaro is the only car I've owned without Bluetooth issues. My mustang... It's HORRIBLE with Bluetooth connections. Literally will go out for days even weeks sometimes.
Cars nowadays. |
