Wheel and tire spec fitment questions
Have some wheels coming in the below specs and am wanting to run 315/30r20 rear and 295/30r20 front. Anyone see any concerns with this before I order tires?
2019ZL1, stock suspension 20x10.5 20mm offset front 20x11.5 48mm offset rear

Go to the website willtheyfit.com Great website for checking offsets. It will show you how much difference the wheels and tires will stick in or out. THen you can go and measure on your car. I am looking at doing a 20x10.5 (18mm) 295/30/20 and 20x11 (38mm) 305/30/20 for my car.
-I did try my 335/25/20 on a 20x12 from my old C7 that had an offset of 50mm and they fit really good. Almost flush! The only area of concern was the Wiring harness in the driver sides wheel well which can be moved. |

For sure, have been going through the various sites and this is what I landed on for a good fitment.
Just looking to see if anyone has any real world experience with similar offsets and tire sizes

I am running 295s upfront without a problem. Been told by a number of forum members that you can run 315s in the rear without a problem and w/o moving the wiring harness on the driver's side. Although it might be prudent to move it regardless.

I am currently running 295's right now on the stock wheels in front as well. Adding the extra width in the front but keeping the same offset is going to push the rim out. I think that should be perfectly fine is my hope.

Same offset will push the rim out and in. In this case it will be 1/4" each way as you're going with a 1/2" wider rim.

I have 295 front and 325 rear with no issues.
I think your rear OS might be too much. I have a 20x11.5 and went with 41 OS. I was original sent an OS of +50 (not at my request and was replaced by manufacturer). It did not fit. Not even close. With 5mm spacer is was fine but was still real close. They corrected the situation and cut me a new wheel at my previously requested +41 OS. If I could do it again maybe +42 or 43 at the most. Anymore and it’s too far inside. |

I'm looking to do the same I want the biggest I can fit while still staying within the fender well. The only thing that gets me worried on making a decision is with any tire the measurements are not always the same. The same size tire in one brand may not be as wide as another brand. |

I’m running 325/30/20 R888Rs in the back and 295/30/20 PS4S in the front. If your wheels are already spect for +48 OS and they rub you can run a small spacer like 3mm and up to 5mm without problems.

Hey Markoz28, did you actually need to use spacers with the 325's? If yes, how about stud thread engagement, did you just keep the OEM wheel studs or replaced those as well?

I did not need spacers as my 20x11.5 had an OS of +41. This allowed me to push the wheel outward and not rub the inner fender. For the record I am not saying inner liner. It was to the sheet metal when it was +50. +41 and maybe up to +43 are enough for an 11.5” wheel to not run inside.

The liner is no problem, but of course I want to ensure proper fender and suspension clearance, plus wheel-size.com says that'll make the scrub radius negative 7, which is suboptimal for the ride, but I guess I'll have to try and see
