WTB: Stock intake for a '17 SS needed
I will be installing a Magnuson 2300 in a month of so here in Minnesota using their calibration for the stock air box intake. I have a CAI (brand) aftermarket intake with just 4200 miles that I would trade if interested. I'm pretty sure at least the'16 - '18 stock SS intakes are the same? Not sure.

Not 100% sure, but I thought the CAI doesn't require a tune, so couldn't you just keep that on the car even with their "stock" box tune? Have you asked them if it would make a difference? I would ask Lanyo on here

First off, it won't fit. The opening for the tube that comes out of the box is at the wrong angle to fit the Maggy. Nor will the Maggy tube that's supplied fit. Magnuson said the calibrations are different so I'll go with that advice. It's only about 3 or 4 horsepower gain for any aftermarket box so why not play it safe and use the box Magnuson has tuned the 2300 for? The RotoFab fits but would require another tune.

So sorry guys, but thanks for your help! My tuner found my stock air box that I thought was lost or thrown away. Now I have my CAI to sell on the marketplace section.
