You will need to weld. Any of the catbacks or xpipes that delete the rear cats will need to be welded to connection pipes of the headers. Without a true connection point its difficult. We usually recommend to get a set of headers with a full Xpipe and then get a axleback if you still need more volume.

What about the AWE touring catback exhaust?? Looking to get headers also but not sure what modifications if any would need to be done.

Any catback that deletes the rear cats will overlap with long tubes and require welding.

Mbrp doesn’t delete the cats at all.

With the MBRP catback you would be good with any headers/connection pipes. Should sound amazing. If you still need the parts hit us up.
