Sorry, having some trouble getting on board here... I just don’t see a situation where I would compare these two cars.
If you’re itching, check out some of the deals on the C7’s right now. At least up here there are crazy deals to be had on all varieties of remaining C7’s. I’m of the opinion there will eventually be a cult following for the last generation of FE Corvettes.

If you need a back seat and you're in a financial position where you typically get a car every 12 to 24 months, sell it.
If you have regrets in a year it two, buy another one. |

Op you might consider selling the 6gz and maybe picking up a used trackhawk and C6 corvette Z06. That would be the best of both worlds imho unless you need a back seat on both toys. Mods fix everything trust me, I’d opt for a V2 wagon again and lightly mod it (headers, upper pulley, tune, zl1 lid) and pick up a srt grand Cherokee if the t-hawk was out of my range. Like you I go thru a lot of cars. Most of mine are bought salvaged (rebuilt) so the flip side is I pay cash (sucks) but on the plus side I get them cheaper and sell for very little loss or usually a small profit.
