Anyone with a CoverKing Stormproof cover?

Mine was left outside by mistake, someone was supposed to bring it inside but never did....so it's dirty because it got rained on, leaves got on it etc.

CoverKing says they don't recommend machine washing but I was thinking of bringing it to a laundromat with the front mount machines(no post in the middle to get the cover tangled up). It's certainly easier than hand washing it because I'll never get it totally clean. Has anyone machine washed theirs? Results?

Thanks!

take it to a dry cleaner but don't be shocked when you get the bill.

I have a outdoor cover I use on my 71 Camaro - I washed it in a washing machine once - large top loader without a agitator thingy. Worked OK - didn't clean it perfectly, but was good enough for my purposes.
