SS spoiler
I want to put the SS style spoiler on to a 1lt model Camaro
I might have an idea on what to do, but does the SS style trunk lid have the prerequisite holes to hold up the spoiler up or I need to drill holes into it. part numbers Spoiler - 23395384 SS trunk lid[Coupe, with spoiler, stanchion] - 84568190 hard ware - what ever struts/cylinders - what ever feel free to chime in on what parts I need and tips/recommendations |

You might try finding someone to swap trunks with who wants a 1LE style spoiler instead without the holes. I'm about to do this with my white 19 SS and would prefer a white trunk without the holes.

All you need to do is drill holes, the spoiler should have a total of 6 screws already attached and nuts but if nuts aren’t included you can easily find some from Home Depot with some washers.
If you have the RS package with the RS lip you’ll have to drill new holes and find a way to cover the old holes. If it’s a plain trunk you can just drill into it, or if you can find someone to swap trunk kids with that’s the best option but rare |
