I would compromise the street alignment just slightly. Maybe -1.5 street and -2.5 for the track. See what the toe change is between those 2 settings. This would help prevent outside shoulder wear on the track and inside shoulder wear on the street.
Problem is, you can only get about -1.0 camber with the camber plates in "street" setting. Also, the ZL1 1LE camber plates are not like normal camber plates that are slotted, they have holes and you rotate the strut. There are exactly 2 positions, nothing in between. The delta between street and track camber is roughly 1.7 degrees, you can't change this value.

To give you a sense of how much toe moves, I set the ZL1 1LE's total toe out in Track camber to .18 degree total toe OUT

When I moved the camber plates to street camber, making no other adjustments, toe went to .67 degree total toe IN

As others have mentioned, that delta is huge. You either have to paint mark the toe rods in each setting, or just leave it in whichever setting you plan to use.

Has anyone run into cording there inside shoulder on there fronts in track setting. So far corded 3 tires. Usually on the 3rd to 4th track day. I track once a month minimum. So wondering about a little less camber than 2.7. Toe is at 0 now in Hope's of getting a little longer wear on front tires.

Yes gotta find your personal sweet spot for camber maybe dial it back a bit to 2.2 or 2.3
