Bought a few things over the past week or so. Amazon had the GM Mobil1 0W-40 oil cap on sale for $4.57 so I thought it was too good to pass up. (I see it’s back up to $10)

Surprised by the lack of easily accessible USB ports to charge our phones, I bought a low-profile Aukey charger from Amazon. Flush fitting, no annoying LEDs, just 2 ports of 2.4A goodness. 12v socket cover *almost* closes flush. Was $7, now $11 but they are on sale often.

I took the lead from another member and ordered a 10 pack of “JDM ASTAR” 194 LED bulbs off of (you guessed it) Amazon. Used 2 to replace the rear license plate bulbs and will share the rest with my other cars and my Camaro friends. $13 for 10 was cheaper than 2 bulbs from many other vendors.

Last but not least I added some garage art to represent the Camaro world! Thanks to forum member Kendell347 for getting it shipped out quickly! I love it!

Installed the coolant reservoir cover. Pretty good quality and hides the pink tank well. Snaps on and even has a foam piece on the top to keep it from vibrating. Pretty nice for $30!

Engine bay sure is looking nice!!! If you decide to do a tower strut brace what color would you do?

Good question! I was thinking about getting one even though they do nothing for performance. They do look pretty good under the hood. I’d probably do Summit White (body color), with the Chevy “PERFORMANCE” in red with black outline. Or, all red with white lettering?

That would be nice !! Yeah they are super light ..I think I remember you saying that you wanted to paint the valve covers blue.. maybe the tower brace blue as well would really stand out.

That would definitely make it an American themed car? I even had the thought of panting the valve covers blue with white stars on it. But, I hesitate because I’m afraid it will look too ridiculous. There has to be a line drawn somewhere.

Installed TSW Bathurst 19x10.5 +27 w/ 305/30/19 Bridgestone RE-71R Square. Front wheels needed at least a 6 mm spacer to clear the front strut on the 1SS Non-MRC with stock camber.
