Upgrading Bose system on 2019-2020 2SS
Hi everyone,
I'm going to order a new 2020 2SS as soon as the strike ends, and I have questions about upgrading the stereo. I used to do car-fi installs on the side 20 years ago so I a good idea about installing an aftermarket car stereo but obviously things are a lot different today. As I've read on a few of the audio posts here GM has changed the communications system on Bose equipped Camaros after 2018 is that correct? I think I've read some modules that were made to make aftermarket amps an easier installation for the 2016-18 model are no longer compatible for 2019-20 correct? All your help would be appreciated! Thanks! |

Yes and Yes ...
there's nothing currently available to pull a full range signal to use for amplifiers for a 2019+ Camaro ... not from Pac or from NavTv
