As far as you ran already, I'm doubting that it would gain much by extending the run to say 3.5 miles. Looked to me like it was already struggling. Another factor to consider is that the hp peak on the stock LT1 is around ~5800rpm, then it starts falling off. You were already at ~6000rpm at the 2.7 mile mark according to the PDR.

It's 180 MPH, someone achieved 178 max on the autobahn, and 180 is not far off. Even though in theory, it could possibly reach as far as 185 MPH.

Don’t the 1LE have a different final drive than the regular SS?

Well, every car is different and conditions, wind, elevation can all influence it. So time for someone else to give this a shot, it was a hoot! I have 172.7 certified and gave it all she had (in light rain).... As a track guy, this was a one time fun event for me.

Differential ratio is 3.73:1, same as an M6 SS. But the Supercar 3 tires are a little shorter than the runflat tires on the base SS, so yes there are a little more revs per mile.

I'm sure quite a few owners here live in the SW part of the US where there are open flat desert roads. Someone please do a video.
