drfeelgood, appreciate the welcome, thoughts, and I thanked you for all of your previous stereo posts over in the Stereo area. You are awesome!

LT4Greg, I would have preferred the Silver Ice Metallic myself, and you coupers are lucky to be be able to get PDR, I would have loved this option!
yes, we are heavier, have no PDR, and don't have the eLSD

BUT, we get more smiles per gallon with the top down

Yes Plasar, the options on mine is the main reason I bought it as I didn’t want a highly optioned ZL1 and was looking for a Summit white but Silver Ice was a color I liked too so I jumped! I bought mine 4 hours away from where I live, not as far as you did, but I bet your drive back to California was very enjoyable and memorable!

Thx Gunkk! You gotta love a car in "Red Hot". So true for a ZL1.

Note: I would have liked Orange Crush too. As a matter of fact, if there was a 2SS Hot Wheels Edition with 6 speed, dual-mode exhaust, and magnetic ride suspension options, I might well have gotten that. That is such an epically integrated build, with the orange calipers/seat belts/seats/knee cushions/stitching, the Hot Wheels logos in the headrests/door sills, the racing stripes, the custom wheels, etc.

One of the cars my ZL1 made friends with in LA is this tricked out AMG G63 in the parking lot of the hotel I stayed at twice now, The Moment. It's across the street from Guitar Center on Hollywood Blvd (and 1 block from the Mesa Boogie store). The owner of the orange building next to the hotel, an electronics store called EZEE, is painted orange like the G63 - you can see in the left of the pic. Pretty cool!
