Manual 2.0L w/brembos.
Can I bleed the brakes without bleeding the clutch? Or do they share the same reservoir?

Yes, and yes. The reservoir is shared, and the brake bleeding procedure is the same as most 3-pedal cars these days; just bleed the four calipers.
