Added new rockers
I like the look, hopefully this helps some with the rocks being flung to the front of the rear wheels, what do you guys think? |

I have rockers on mine as well and those combined with the ZL1 Add Ons rock guards have virtually eliminated rock chips from the front tires.

That’s exactly what I was looking for, and I like the look a lot, in my opinion it should have come with them from factory like the zl1

Those look good. Carbon Fiber? Where did you get them and how hard are they to install?

Thanks, got them from xtreme online store, they are a carbon fiber weave, pretty easy to install took me 45 minutes, you do have to drill them / bolt them to your rockers so making holes in your new car is kind of nerve racking but the outcome is worth it

I had asked previously about these same rockers if they would help with the front wheels tossing up rocks to the rear quarters. I was told they're totally for looks and don't do crap as far as protection. I agree with the splash guards though, they don't seem to help at all. Living on a two mile long gravel road I ride it at 5-7mph only. Still, I always have a few spurts of shit tossed up in that area. |
