If wanting to try something than stock, what about the Ferodo DS2500? Slightly more aggressive than the stock HP1000's but not near as aggressive as DS1.11.

I'd be surprised if the specs for the DS2500 are more heavy duty than the stock ZL1 pads, but sounds like you have the specs to show that. After 4 hard track days on OEM ZLE pads they're still in great shape (maybe the ZLE vs. ZL1 pad difference accounts for this) |
