That Escalated Quickly
So I've been following the ZLE's for a while now waiting for the right one to pop up. I didn't think it would be so soon (a little too soon). The exact car I am looking for just went for sale about 5 days ago. It's a white 2019 with 585 miles on it. Original owner only had it for 2 months. I'm going to get more info today, but I'm guessing someone with a lot of money bought it and wanted a different color or vette, didn't like the stiff suspension, or couldn't afford it and never made a payment on it. This car is only 10 min from my house. I was planning on grabbing one in December-ish and having to fly one way to get it and bring it back.
My question is, they have it listed at 64.5K Have any of you bought a lightly used one? If so, do you all feel like this is a good price? I'm obviously going to try and talk them down a little but would like a little more direction from you owners on price. Also, the same dealership has a new white 2019 ZL1 with the 10-speed auto for the exact same price. I'm not interested in the auto or the standard ZL1 but they don't need to know that..... Thanks in advance! |

I paid 65.5 for a new 2019 in KY two months ago. Of course I had sales tax on top of that number but that was it. MSRP was 73,495. Just for perspective but I hope that helps. PM if you want name of dealer and A referral to the sales manager..

Yeah, one added benefit would be avoiding the gas guzzler tax but that seems like a great price.

Regardless it is a used car! The price seems high, IMO. I guarantee the previous owner didn't even get close to that when he sold/traded it to them.

I flew and bought mine in ATL used with 4500miles on it for 59k. Exact one I wanted in the color I wanted. Tires were good had some bolt ons that I wanted too so I didnt have to spend a dime more. I think youre dead on for prices to be honest.

There were many incentives when I bought mine. I suggest you ask for as many of those as you can get. Good luck!

You’ve been looking for while and if this is the exact car you’ve been looking for, don’t let it slip away. Work on them a little, but I think the price is fair.

For a 2019 ZLE w/500 miles that seems like a fair price. There will always be someone who got a better deal. You could do better on a 2018 for sure but if you want a 2019 with that low miles or new, I think it's reasonable.

I'm not sure that I added the pics correctly, but I tried to attached them below. Got them down to 62k with 3-in-1 coverage thrown in (replace a rim, tire or windshield if cause by a road hazard.) Car is absolutely perfect, still had plastic in the rear seats and trunk. Story is that a guy and his wife buy a few cars a year at this dealership and he bought in June, they came in to have the first oil change at 500 miles first week of August and fell in love with a ZR1 on the showroom floor at traded it. Loving the car so far, thanks for the help!
