I have a rattle in the headliner when it's cold. Seat squeaks when I lean back in the seat, some rattle in the front driver side dash. Pushing on the bits doesn't stop the rattle so it's inside the dash.

I thought I was the only one. I’ve only had it a couple months and it seems like every week there is a new squeak, rattle or clunk.

This thread was an awesome idea. Usually you only hear about the problems. Heck, I check the forum daily just to read about new problems.
Mine has 1 year of use, only in the summer, and 8000 miles. Other than a few wrinkles in the leather on the side bolsters of my driver side recarro seat, no wear or tear inside the cabin. I avoid the highway whenever possible, to minimize risk of stone chips. Only problem so far is a tiny leak from the serpentine belt tensioner, (which I believe is due to a poor design). So far it is working fine, but will be replaced never the less. |

I've racked up about 2800 miles on mine in only 6 weeks. So far the only concern is my dry a$$ elbow makes a white mark on the door panel at the top.

21k miles, lower part of the leather seat bolsters are starting to show wrinkles.
The only other thing, and it's a 2016 that I bought it as a CPO in March, is the rocker panel area in front of the rear wheels. Hard to believe the amount of sand blasting it seems to have received. This area should have been fully covered in film at the factory, the piece that is there, is way to small |

44,000 miles. no squeaks, rattles or shudder. Everything still works great. A few rock chips here 'n there.

My 2017 was a rattle trap as well. Hell, it's probably my fault. I haven't even tried to find them, let alone fix them. Most of the time I'm riding with the windows down, the NPP valves open, and the radio kicking. Don't notice them then...

The paint on mine has held up well in the 10 months I have owned the car. Still looks fantastic! I have had to fix just a few small rock chips with some Dr. Colorchip. I installed the front and rear ZL1 rock guards after I first bought the car and I feel they have saved me some chips for sure. The paint has been every bit as good as the paint was on my past Challengers and better than the paint on past Mustangs I have owned. I have no problems with the interior whatsoever. No annoying rattles, early seat wear etc. Mechanically, I have unfortunately had the dreaded 8A shudder as well as the rear diff groan on cold turns. GM did fluid changes for both (had the latest flush on the tranny) and both problems are gone at least for now. Fingers crossed those problems stay gone. It is a fun and silly fast car for sure.

Great, 12700 miles, 225 drag strip passes, still on the same tranny, axles, rear diff. I did have to build a short block as the piston ring lands on number 1 and 8 didn't really like 16.5 of boost. Love it.

2 years.
21,000 miles. Some leather areas needed replaced under warranty. (Console, seat cover, and driver head rest). Oh and the fifty emblem on the steering wheel got replaced for peeling and 2 rims got replaced for peeling. Rock chips and a dent. The side rockers are pretty sand blasted if you look very close. 2 fluid flushes and a Torque converter later and shudder is gone. Otherwise small stuff, car always starts (knock on wood) no issues will driving. |

3500 miles. Runs like a raped ape. Seats and dash are perfect. Small click sounding rattle in the back somewhere, my guess is the upper deck
