Thanks, guys. But what about the black decal with the fifty on it is the double sided tape stuck to that or is there a cut out around the bow tie? How do you not destroy the black decal? Maybe I am over thinking this. I took off my spoiler and added a 3 piece 1le spoiler so this should be easy. I know it didn’t happen without pictures but I have trouble figuring out how to load pictures to the Camaro6 forum.

So I'm just curious, what is your guys top speed (no boost) ?? I didn't get a chance to push the limits on mine yet.. so I'm standing at an "embarrassing" 135mph..

as per odometer and headup 305km/h (189,518mph) but I guess it would be more 295-298km/h in reality.

I was in the same predicament. I decided I had nothing to lose by trying to use a Matt black 3m sticker over the gold. I practiced on my Silverado first, and it looked good.
I was meticulous and spent like 45 minutes on each... they look great. I wasn’t trying to be a penny pincher, and would have spent $200 to get rid of the gold, but it ended up costing less than ten bucks, and I didn’t stress about f’ing up the panel in back.
You would need get very close to see any flaws on my cutouts.

144 MPH is my max speed thus far.
