Frustrating Noise in Front End

2018 ZL1 A10 making an awful sound when you are turning to the right under speed. Not straight, not left, just right. The more aggressive the turn, the louder the sound. Dealer replaced the wheel bearing (hub) today and it is still making the same noise. Tried to fix it a few months ago by cleaning the brake dust off the wheel??? Anyways I am just aggravated and wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.

Wonder if a tire is rubbing on something? Sounds weird but you never know. Sometimes basics are overlooked

I would suspect that this is coming from the sway bar end links. The nut becomes loose, been discussed as a common problem many times.

Yes, and also check the torque specs on your front lug nuts. They may need to be tightened. That happened on my previous car, ctsv.

just FYI....my issue was resolved. It ended up being an issue with the headers. I installed KOOKs 2 inch headers and they were rubbing the driver side frame. Called Kooks and they said the motor mounts were adjustable and to move the motor over. Mr. Goodwrench didn't like that idea so I gave them the ok to bend the header a little bit. Problem solved and I am happy.

I don't blame them, I wouldn't like the sound of that idea either. I feel you shouldn't have to bend a set of $1800 headers...What ever happened to proper fitment?

I'm surprised to hear this from a Kooks set of headers !!! They were the front runners on my list when I decide to get headers.

now I have to worry about dinging the headers after paying 2K ?!?!
