I wanted an easy way to monitor my E85 mix with my ELM scanner. I didn't want to have to hook up my HP tuners every time that I filled up my car.

I found Car Scanner ELM OBD2 for IOS and it just works. Had to add a custom PID.

It is fast to see how the last fill up has changed the mix. I compared to HP tuners and it is spot on.

Thanks Guys!. I have an aeroforce Interceptor gauge that shows me the Alcohol % and it can also show the # of gallons remaining in the tank.
I found an App for my Iphone called e85Cal.
You just tell it how much fuel you have in the tank and what your target E% you want and it will let you know how much E85 and 93 to fill the tank with.

I run that exact setup, you wont be disappointed. My ZL1 was tuned to E50 by Ted @ Jannetty Racing (nothing but respect for Ted and the Jannetty team). At a 1/2 tank i add 3.5 gal 93 to 4.5 E85 puts me above E50 and below E55, keep mind ethanol percentages at the pump can and will vary. This is why real time E content is important. If Ted is your tuner, he will tune it conservatively and give you a range you can safely operate in.

Yes same experience here!. We started out on E60 and found both the low/high side were just starting to drop at redline so Ted suggested keeping it at 55% and below. I think I'm going to shoot for E50 like you and if it goes just a tad over that I'll still be under 55% and fine.

Currently I'm at %58.8 so next fill up I'll probably need to put just a tad extra pump gas in the ratio to bring that down a little.

What do you have for your fuel system and how much power are you making?

With my mods, Ted Janetty verified that everything is holding up fine to e60. I'm using the torque pro app and a Bluetooth scanner to check e percentage - thanks, King for helping me to get set up!
You will get pretty good at mixing with a little experience. If you go over on e content, just run out a few gallons and top off with 93. As long as you're not hammering on the car, you will be ok even at 85%e

I'm running the full LT4 fuel along with a JMS BAP (voltage booster). My p1sc is running a 3.7plulley at almost 9.5 to 10lbs of boost. I haven't had it dyno'd since the Flex tune but on 93 pump gas I'm knock limited on the timing but she managed to put down right at 600 to the wheels.

This Flex tune that Ted set me up with is by far LEAPS and Bounds amazing and I can't wait to see the new numbers soon. I wish I had done this so long ago!.

Aside from high dollar race fuel, E is the only way with boost on these high compression engines.

I feel the same way. I saw massive power gains with e85 and with my kids I can run full pump e85 with no mixing which makes it really convenient. E85 and some well thought out JRE Super Street Brawler mods and 750whp in the street is easy
