So did you run out and buy a Fiat Today because of this TV commercial? Did anyone posting in this thread run out and buy one?

I doubt it.

Most here have already bought a Camaro. What you want is a badass commercial showing what you have all ready done. The data GM has is around how many sales could be gained vs the cost to make and air a commercial in a horribly small market. GM knows there is not a business case.

If you made and aired a commercial for $5,000,000 you would likely need to sell 2,500 more Camaros to break even.

Again, they aren’t idiots.

I am so sorry to report they are not idiots.
You seem to be as unaware of how badly Chevy’s marketing department is viewed as Muller was the details of his own report.

No I am. But you guys are one, criticizing people I know and two, criticizing Mrs. Number 3, who was Corvette Marketing Manager. GM has really, really experienced and smart people. But you arm chair quarterbacks think you know better than GM’s years of data, experience and, oh yeah, people.

Making a TV commercial is easy. If even on a “flyer” sales could possibly increase enough to pay for a commercial we would have seen one. Really, we would have seen one.

I agree GM commercials are pretty meh and average. At least from an enthusiasts stand point.

I strongly disagree they are responsible for the Camaros low sales. I'm a GMer that loves performance cars. The Camaro does not have the desire the competition has. I haven't seen a commercial in 10 years outside the Superbowls. I don't give a crap about them.

It's not a problem a commercial will fix. Only a 7th gen will fix it. Get the Impala and C8 design team involved and anyone that suggests gun slit windows with a chop top can be escorted out.
