I lost power yesterday about 6pm. Terrible wind shear from a storm front that blew threw. There has been talk of a possible tornado. I am sure glad I had the 22kw whole house generator installed last spring. It has made the storm damage non problematic for me. I am one of very few with power in a very large area.

Regained my power early last evening... still many without it. Today is going to be a nice cooler day. Finally driving the ZL1. There was a risk of showers all last week when I worked. It was nice to drive it again.

Hi Becky!


I feel like a bit of a turncoat... After seeing the new C8 (which I loved at first sight) and the <$60K starting price, I called my dealership, which are selling the C8 for MSRP. I talked to the sales manager, asking to have my Camaro deposit shifted to the C8. He said "Non Problem". I got on their C8 list and am inline for their first round (19 units) of deliveries, anticipated to be built in December and delivered by February. They have a 75 unit C8 allocation thus far and are expecting a 25 unit increase. Sheepishly, I'm stoked. All said and done, the Camaro is Chevy's performance bargain!
