yup...it's all relative to your debt. 73k with no mortgage / debt & a new vette even with the fancy trim is a non-issue.

It’s quite possible that seeing it in person may change my view, but as it currently stands, it’s a ‘dated’ looking design.

I don't think a new corvette was ever affordable for the average person unless you live for your car. The camaro/firebird was the best bang for your buck. But even the newer camaro SS is fairly expensive now.
