Well, I have had a small taste of it. I lived in Calgary, Alberta one winter from November to February. It was not that cold, but it was -24 everynight. I think most days got up to a blistering -2. LOL

Pretty cool tires, already being used in powersports, government, and construction applications. I happen to work with a supplier that now owns the design for a similar UTV "tweel" wheel. Pretty fascinating wheel, but expensive to manufacture and buy. Automotive is interesting with this application because vehicles are driven many more miles than say a golf cart or UTV. Tread wears down- need to replace entire tweel because of the tread wearing out? Much more costly than buying a new tire.

That is pretty kool. I can see it used in a lot of places in low speed, high destruction areas that would get flats all the time. Some have been around a long time like airless tires for bicycles. I should maybe get some, as mine go flat all the time going off road.

The great thing about this airless tires is that GM and Michelin design them.
