It’s a crime to tamper with emissions. If they conduct annual inspections or not it’s still illegal. Not that I care but everyone should at least know what’s legal and illegal.

I live in Houston and NONE of my fast cars have/had cats and it's absolutely no problem. it's who you know for an inspection lol.

For true it is against Federal Law, but the Feds don't do inspections. If you put Green Cats it should be ok. You will still have cats so not breaking the law.

So after looking at Kooks, the Green Cats seem to be sold mainly through Kooks. So I am going to keep researching them for a bit.

I see what you are saying, I see them everywhere. But they are always advertised as, "Kooks Green Cats". So far, I cannot find any other "green" cats by another manufacturer. I am still looking.
