Tango1LE: :-) Thanks.

Laststandard: Love the sharp shots - that rear tire deformation shows it is working hard!

"Doctor, this one's a hopeless case" I totally get it, always feels the same way when I see you guys on the best US tracks. Bringing over the Camaro for a vacation is a challenge. I guess rentals would be a good option... Plus, you can drive it like a rental!
For Zandfoort there is a date with Pistenclub in Summer, I was also considering that. It's a real driver's track! Did you play it on the sim? Next year it will be in the F1 calendar as well. Great pix from your last event btw!

Well that will be awesome! I might have some home court advantage after two visits there, but I'm sure with your pace you'll pick it up fast and I'm happy to share some insights Two flying 1LEs in Europe sounds like a good plan!

On a different note... (beware, some happy bragging coming up) I just got the official lap time results back from Monday at Autodrom Most and they're better than expected! (was kinda hoping for a top 10 finish). Ended up 6th place overall with 4 race cars in front (3 more behind) and 2nd place in a well packed street cars field. Just one of the 6 GT3s in front of me.

At Hockenheim the lap was 1,3 sec off of the Cayman GT4 reference time set by Sport Auto magazine test driver.
This year is evolving better than I thought

Hey Jerome! So far no plan for this year. Spa and Hockenheim will be combined again next year for sure. When are you coming over? Might reconsider

Tim M: a great lap on a busy Ring and very impressive driving. A great example to study regarding proper braking et al - if i may say so.
Very fast pace, yet the car is always superbly balanced - obviously not your first time

Rutkowski: congrats on your fast laps! Great driving! You are on a different level this year: fantastic!

Thanks! They finally had a good photog at the track.

I'll be headed to Germany mid-August and planning on renting a car for a couple Ring laps, I can't wait!

Yea thats a friend I've had shoot photos before, he's bad ass! The Roval is a road course configuration made through out the regular oval course(think Daytona-ish). For 175$ I couldn't pass it up. Pretty impressive what these cars can do in stock form. Definitely looking forward to the next event already!
