Borla Question

Hello! So I had a borla 60607 x pipe on my zl1 and then decided to add the s type axleback. I go to insert the x pipe that connects to the muffler and the size of the x pipe is much smaller than the pipe that connects the muffler? Ill send a pic because that sounds confusing but is the diameter of the x pipe on the 60607 different than the setup for the entire s type catback which is part # 140726. Let me know! Thanks.

Heres the link for the pic.. let me know if it works.

Is the 60607 not 3 inches? Is that why its not connecting the muffler inlet which Im guessing is 3 inches?

The 60606/60607 are 2.75" if memory serves. Should be easy to get a flared adapter from Borla or any exhaust shop. Will likely require cutting some length, possible welding...This is why I hate doing pieced together setups at separate times because unless you talk with someone who has done their due diligence or done it themselves, you have no idea.

Calling Borla would be move number one. Or if you ordered from a helpful vendor (also highly recommend) and not something like Amazon, they will usually assist in necessary connectors and knowledge.
