I agree.. I'm not a hater, it's just not what I want. If something happen to my 2017 SS it would give me a good reason to convince the wife I need to get a new ZL1..LOL

Man, I wish I started looking at Camaros 6 months or a year ago! The more I look at the 19's, they really aren't doing it for me. I'm really digging the 18's, but there aren't many left with the color combos I like. I would like one with any color interior except black or maybe the Recaros. My favorite is garnet, but can't find any without black interior. I like the hyper blue too and found one with white stripes and ceramic with some LPO options that I think I may go look at. I also found a blue 16 1SS super charged with 10k miles for 30k, but that would probably get me into trouble. I know I said I didn't want another black car, but I found one with white stripes and ground effects package that looks pretty sweet. Its still listed kind of high at 41k, but has the ground effects package, too bad it doesn't have the ceramic interior.
I've searched all the main sites (cars.com, autotrader, listingallcars, cargurus), but pretty much only staying within a realistic 500 mile radius. Any ideas where else I can look, maybe ask a Chevy dealer or should I just hold up for now and hope that Chevy does a 20 refresh at least to the front end? |

just picked mine up last week and this car is bad ass. First thing people say is how cool the front and back ends are. Don't listen to the town criers saying the front end is hideous. See the car in person and make your own decision

Well 10 days now White SS on corner pedestal, hasn't moved.
I don't mind the line under the goggles. (That's what's truly wrong with the SS rear.) LS,LT's look a tad better with red tail lights. My 2018 LT V6 RS is the best style. The 2019 release was why I went 2018, as others have stated. The 2020 mini front end Sema Tweak with fix the SS front, but no plans to fix the goggles out back. Too bad. |

I would say that if you want crush then go for the 19, especially if you think the Hot Wheels edition is too much. IMO the rear of the 16-18 is more attractive than the 19 but you'll hardly see the rear of your own car. If you prefer the '19 front end and the more modest interior then don't settle for the '18 HWE, you'll just end up disappointed that you didn't get the 19 instead.
That SEMA grille makes me pretty jealous of the '19 cars, and nothing's saying that they wont release it as an aftermarket part later |

There is a perfect color combo 19 crush with ceramic interior nearby, but it is near loaded and listed at 47k-ouch (only 2k off). It may come down later this summer or when 20's start to come in if they still have it. But not holding my breath with the local dealers. I do like the 18's front better and I keep thinking of that 18 garnet with black stripes down the road. If it just didn't have the scuff marks and had some color in the interior. But the more I think about it, it does have some color with the grey stripe on the seats and the SS emblem.
