How much weight can you put in the trunk of a Camaro?

well things has changed in my life. I have to use Camaro for my business... if it doesnt work then i have no choice other than trade in for truck.

How much weight can you put in the trunk of a Camaro? Mine is SS and lowered inch. I do carry 400 lbs +/- (liquid weight) two or three times a month. Driving about 50 miles. I also can take out child seat in back and use that as extra space.

Do you think Camaro will work fine or do i really look for Truck?

400lbs won't be a problem, but I am curious how you'll get 50 gallons of liquid into and back out of the trunk.

My mistake.

I recalculated it and its about 300~350 lbs.
24 oz soda/juice case weighted about 32 lbs. I think i can put 7~8 cases plus small cases of other supplies. Thats where i got 300~350 lbs.

The real way to do it since you asked is look at the GVWR sticker on your car. Then you go to your local CAT scale at a diesel truck stop and weigh the car and see the weight then GVWR- vehicle weight = how much you can load it. You have to include driver or other passengers as well. Then you can calculate your load. Water is what 8lb/gallon or there abouts.

Don't forget that adding 3-400 lbs to the rear of the car will no doiubt affect the handling of the car to some degree. Not that you're going to be racing it, it'll just handle a bit differently.

My first thought, was this guy throwing dead bodies in his trunk? LOL I think you should be fine though. I would try to get everything as far forward as possible but that's just my opinion. No facts behind that one.
