MBRP Catback + secondary cat delete
Anyone running this setup?
How did you delete the Secondary Cat(SC)? cut and weld straight pipe? I hoping there's a bolt-on pipe links where I can delete the SC w/o cutting/welding. There is a way MBRP axleback + Borla 60606, but costs almost $400 more. |

I was going to do the same thing, however my shop also told me the only way was with the borla piece. I would just do a primary if you don’t care about emissions. I love it a lot louder and aggressive especially if paired with headers.

I would like delete the primary in the future. but right now, I want to retain the engine warranty since primary delete will require a tune.

Ahhh, gotcha. I’m assuming there’s a way to do it without the Borla. However I think it’s more difficult and shops don’t want to deal with it is my guess 🤔

Have you looked at the borla 60663 instead of full 60606?.. the only thing is u would have to put a reducer to go from the 2.75” 60663 section to the 3” catback... wait, actualy u wouldn’t need the reducer. The mbrp is made to connect to oem 2.75”.. anyways, it would b cheaper to buy mbrp cat back ($880 on sale right now plus 15% code) and the borla 60663 for like $240
