Best Exhaust for ZL1 catless LTH

Hi Guys,

Just wondering opinions for best exhaust options for a ZL1 with catless Long Tubes.

My current exhaust setup, which I like but feel its missing a little:

VVT3 Texas Speed Cam
ARH Catless longtubes (full system )
Stock suitcase mufflers

I am catless and run the full ARH exhaust. It has a nice, deep muscle car tone. It is a little quieter than the Corsa or Borla at start up or idle, but it roars at part and full throttle. Fit and quality are excellent. I have owned quite a few catless cars and the ARH system has virtually no rasp at all (which is unusual for a catless car), I really do not hear any. The ARH system does have part throttle drone. It does not bother me. I do not find it excessively loud and the drone is a few octaves below the pitch that can get annoying. But, if you are drone sensitive, that is one thing to keep in mind. The no rasp, nice muscle car tone and good quality pieces are positives. Drone, may or may not be a negative to some. I’d buy it again, not disappointed at all.

Nice @SJFGTO thank you for the response, ARH exhaust is definitely in the running. You also have the NX lid, can you hear the SC with the LTs?

Some Texas counties won't allow any changes to the exhaust and I happen to live in the DFW area and I can't. It would be nice to have catless setup

Oh yeah, the NX lid makes the whine noticeable even with LTs, not a problem.

I have 2” LT’s, cam and no cats into the NPP but added bullet resonators at the axle pinch to kill the rasp. Just right now.

I have a Stype catback and my exhaust progression might be the ARH long tubes mid length high flow cats. That will make it a double x pipe ARH front x to Borla second x

Look at AWE. Make a Touring and Track Exhaust.
