DRL’s in HID fail

My left DRL’s inside the HID are not working anymore

also the left rear blinker is out. Additional to that the right rear light is off. Is there any correlation between those malfunctions?
The Low and high beam are working also the DRL on the right side.
Any suggestions? I disconnected the battery already, nothing.

Just to keep you informed. The fuse #18 „Body control module 4“ was off.

Could be a shorted turn indicator filament.
